  • What exactly is included in the Complete Course fee?

    Every Complete Course includes CIPS student membership, official study guides for every module, all exam entry fees, one free resit per level, unlimited one-to-one tutorials with Katie, dedicated pastoral support, and full access to the APS Student Zone. There are no hidden charges.

  • Are there any additional costs I should know about?
    No. The price quoted for a Complete Course covers everything you need to achieve your qualification. The only exception is if you require more than one resit for the same module, additional resit fees would apply.
  • How much do other providers typically charge for extras?
    Based on our research, extras with other providers can add £1,000 or more to the total cost. CIPS membership alone is £100–£200 per year, study guides are £40–£60 per module, and exam fees are £100–£175 per sitting. With Aspire, all of this is included.
  • Do you offer discounts for multiple learners

    YES. If 5 or more students enrol onto the same CIPS Level at the same time, from the same organisation, then a 5% discount will be applied on the total fee

  • What’s the difference between a Study Pack and the Complete Course?
    A Complete Course is our full tutor-led programme covering all modules at a given level, with everything included. A Study Pack is a per-module resource designed for self-study or for students who need support on specific modules, ideal if you’re studying with another provider or resitting.
  • Is there a refund policy?

    At APS we actively support student’s wellbeing and if required, students may take a short break from studies for personal reasons, but the APS Head of Wellbeing must be advised of any such study breaks.

    •  If a student drops out of the course less than 6 months after enrolment 25% of the course fee will be refundable.
    • If a student drops out of the course 6 months or more after the enrolment date, no refund is due.
