CIPS sets the membership fees, publishes the official study guides, and charges the exam fees directly, those numbers aren’t up for negotiation.   • What exactly is included in the course fee?

    Every APSCIPS course includes CIPS student membership, all official study guides, exam fees for every module, one free resit per level, one-to-one tutorials with Katie, dedicated pastoral support, and access to our Student Zone resources. There are no hidden extras.

  • How do your class sizes compare to other providers?
    We cap every cohort at a maximum of 12 delegates. Most other providers run classes of 30–50+ students. Smaller groups mean more individual attention, better engagement, and stronger results.
  • What if I fail an exam?
    Every level includes one free resit, you don’t need to pay again for your first retake. Katie also provides additional one-to-one coaching to help you prepare for any resit.
  • Can I study while working full time?
    Almost every APS student does. Live classes are scheduled outside core working hours where possible, and recordings are available if you miss one. Expect to put in 6–10 hours per week depending on the level.
  • What happens if I fail an exam?
    Every APS CIPS package includes one free resit per level. We pay the CIPS re-entry fee, not you. Your tutor will work with you on what went wrong and coach you through the retake.
  • What does “all-inclusive” actually include?
    CIPS student membership (worth around £267/yr) for 1 year, full set of official CIPS study guide, all exam entry fees, one free resit, one-to-one tutor support, and email support between sessions. Other providers routinely charge £1,000+ extra for the same bundle.
  • How do I know which CIPS level is right for me?
